ENGRAVING
All personalization is included in your price - there are no additional fees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Engraved gift orders will ship within 2-3 business days after order is processed. Candles and favors will ship in 4-5 business days after order is processed. Shipments originate from Minneapolis, MN. Delivery times will vary depending on your proximity to Minneapolis, MN.   Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the day the order ships. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

We offer a variety of shipping methods which can be chosen at checkout. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day air service:


International:

Our primary goal is provide accurate, up to date information on our Web site. Unfortunately it is not possible to ensure that any site is completely free of human or technological errors. While we make every effort to prevent this, mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.



Etched Moments prides itself in excellent customer service and product quality. Each item is hand inspected for quality before it is shipped to you.  All personalization is done as shown; we do not do font changes. Cocktail shakers and Pilsner Glasses with more than 3 initials will be done in the font shown for the Can Koozie and the Sports Mugs.

NOTE: If MONOGRAM font is requested Etched Moments will do MONOGRAM font as you have entered it.  Etched Moments will not change the order of the entered information.  MONOGRAM FONT WILL COME with the middle letter larger than the other letters chosen: AGJ (Typically the middle initial is the last name, monogram = FIRST LAST MIDDLE initials)
